Refunds/Exchanges

We offer a flexible refund or exchange policy when we receive the returned order in good condition within 24 hours of delivery.

Wrong or Damaged Orders
  • If you receive the wrong order or your item arrives damaged/faulty, please contact us immediately via DM or email at hello@thebraidsbrand.com before using the product.
  • Only in these cases will you be eligible for an exchange at no additional cost.

Return Conditions

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging and unused to qualify for a refund or exchange.
  • Please ensure the item is securely packaged when sending it back to us.
Note
  • Exchanges/refunds are not accepted for items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original packaging.
  • Shipping costs for returns (except in the case of damaged/wrong orders) will be the responsibility of the customer.
